Advance payments are non-refundable once material procurement or work execution has started.
Changes in project scope after initiation may involve additional charges and revised timelines.
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by weather, government approvals, or supply chain issues.
No refunds are provided for issues arising from client-supplied materials or third-party vendors.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Completed construction work, labour charges, project planning, and consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable.
