Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Client

If a project is cancelled after initiation, the client must pay for labour, materials, and services already utilized.

2. Refund on Advance Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable once material procurement or work execution has started.

3. Change Requests

Changes in project scope after initiation may involve additional charges and revised timelines.

4. Delays & External Factors

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by weather, government approvals, or supply chain issues.

5. Supervision-Only Contracts

No refunds are provided for issues arising from client-supplied materials or third-party vendors.

6. Refund Processing Time

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Completed construction work, labour charges, project planning, and consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable.
